Tamika was so helpful in the sale of our first home! We were selling a mobile home on leased land, which has a lot of nuances to it, and Tamika was able to manage it all very well! She even had a cash offer for us on the first day on the market! She handled a lot of back and forth with the buyers and only brought issues to us after she had solutions. She was excellent and always had our best interest in mind. I greatly appreciate her! 10/10 would recommend!
